With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she integrates traditional yoga practices with scientifically backed HeartMath® techniques to help clients manage stress, build resilience, and achieve emotional balance. Her approach combines mindful movement, breathwork, and heart-centered practices tailored to each individual's needs. Whether supporting clients in improving mobility, reducing anxiety, or fostering inner peace, Marie creates a compassionate and empowering space for healing and growth. The practice uses methods that work via both the mind and the body, known in research as top-down and bottom-up regulation.
